How do Warehouse Sales work?

Certain products are offered in the Warehouse Sale section at discounted prices, as they are either;

• Open Box Products: Quite simply these are brand new products that might have been removed from their original packaging, i.e. the packaging has been opened. 
• Refurbished Products: These are products that were found to be slightly damaged or used, and thereafter repaired or renewed by a qualified service center. 

It's possible that the packaging has been replaced to better protect the item, manuals may be missing, or the item might contain attachments that may not be from the original manufacturer.

Please note that Refurbished items might shows signs of wear including scratches, dents, and other aesthetic problems. 

How do we evaluate products for Warehouse Sale?

A dedicated quality-control team thoroughly tests the functionality and physical condition of all products. Only if they pass a strict evaluation test they are included in the Warehouse Deals.

Do Warehouse Sale’ products come with a return policy or warranty?

Products that have been classified as "Refurbished" or "Open Box" do not come with a warranty. However, all products qualify for the iWady.com standard 30 Days Return Policy
